DL Contracts (NI) has a long background in the cleaning sector.

OUR COMPANY HISTORY

A Premier Facilities Management Company located in the town of Bangor Co.Down.

From 1998 when we set out as a sole trader (DL Power washing) was primarily a power washing business providing our services to small business & private sector.

The business soon grew when we started to work with the larger building firms and began undertaking social housing projects such as (NIHE). This is when DL Power washing grew in to DL Cleaning & Maintenance.

The business continued to expanded and in 2012 DL Cleaning & Maintenance was incorporated in to DL Contracts (NI) Ltd and from there we have grown in to North Downs premier cleaning and outdoor maintenance company.

We carry out a range of services from high pressure cleaning and high level gutter cleaning too window cleaning and a wide range of grounds maintenance work.

We currently work in close conjunction with (Mitie & Sodexo) on a varied range of projects.
